Fovu is a card game app for dates and couples, built by SolenLabs LLC. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Fovu is designed to be a lightweight, private experience. We collect very little:

• No account required. You can play Fovu without creating an account or providing any personal information.
• Purchase information. If you buy a card pack, the transaction is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the purchase but do not store your payment details.
• Anonymous usage data. We may collect basic, anonymous analytics (such as which game modes are used) to improve the app. This data cannot identify you.
• Device information. Standard technical data such as device type and OS version may be collected for app performance purposes.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information unless you reach out to us directly.
• We do not record or store your answers to card questions — those stay between you and your date.
• We do not sell your data to third parties — ever.
• We do not use your data for advertising.

Card Pack Purchases

Card pack purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. Purchased content is unlocked on your device and stored locally.

Children's Privacy

Fovu is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Data Storage

Game progress and purchased content are stored locally on your device using browser local storage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing for card pack purchases
• Hostinger — web hosting

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will update the date at the top when we do. Continued use of Fovu after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
