These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fovu, a product of SolenLabs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Fovu, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Fovu is intended for users 18 years of age and older. By using this app you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, please do not use Fovu.

2. Use of the App

Fovu is a conversation card game designed for dates, couples, and friends. You agree to use it for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

Use Fovu in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content
Use the app to harass, harm, or exploit others

3. Card Pack Purchases

Card packs are available for purchase at $1.99 each. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Purchased content is tied to your device and browser. If you clear your browser data, you may lose access to purchased packs — we recommend noting your purchase confirmation from Stripe.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Fovu — including card questions, game modes, branding, and design — is owned by SolenLabs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Fovu content without our written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fovu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that purchased content will be available indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolenLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fovu, including but not limited to loss of data or purchased content.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Fovu after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
